Statement of Beliefs

We believe the Bible is the divinely inspired Word of God and that it is to be the believer's guide in all matters of faith and practice

We believe in the Lord Jesus Christ and that He is the only begotten Son of God, who became flesh and dwelt among men.

We believe in His return at the end of the age to receive His people into glory and to judge the living and the dead.

We believe the Words of Jesus in John 3:3 when He said "Most assuredly, I say to you, unless one is born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God." and in John 14:6 when He said, "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me."

We believe that once a person has been "born again," that person is enabled by the Holy Spirit to grow in knowledge of the Word of God and in becoming more like Jesus in attitude and action.

We believe that Christians should strive to be faithful and committed in one's service to God in the local church and in seeking to win others to salvation in the Lord Jesus Christ.
